What should I do if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?Updated 9 months ago

Do not worry! We will be happy to provide you with a return label to send the product/s back to us. Please email us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your order number or any information that can help us pull up your order
  • Details of the issue (e.g. incorrect item or defective item received)
  • Pictures or videos of the item/s

Items that are delivered to you defective or incorrect may be exchanged for the same item only within 30 days from the day the package was delivered to you.
